Here is a recipe to make your own cough syrup.
- Start by sterilizing the bottle you’ll be using for your final syrup. An easy way is to cook it for about 10 minutes.
- Combine the herbs that will be infused and those that will be decoctions.
- For the infusions: pour 150 ml hot water over the herbs and let it steep for 15 minutes as if a tea. For the decoctions, keep the herbs cooking for 10-15 minutes in 250ml (CHECK EVAPORATION).
