Return Policy
Each tincture is handcrafted in small batches with deep care and intention. Because they are personal wellness products, returns are only accepted under certain conditions — but please know that I’ll always do my best to make sure you feel supported and satisfied.
✦ Returns
Due to the nature of herbal tinctures, I can only accept returns of unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your tincture must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
If you wish to return an unopened product, please reach out to me first at connect@rooted-mothers.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your tincture arrived damaged or if the wrong item was sent, please email connect@rooted-mothers.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo and your order number.
I’ll make sure you receive a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible — your experience matters a lot to me. 🌿
✦ Exchanges
At this time, I’m unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different tincture, please return your unopened product (after approval) and place a new order.
✦ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
✦ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, I cannot accept returns of:
