  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Purchases

  • A purchase agreement is binding once your order is placed and payment is received.

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added during checkout.

  • Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Delays are outside our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days. You then have 14 additional days to return the product.

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products (such as tinctures) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Our products are carefully crafted with natural ingredients but are not medicines.

  • They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
